Cannot Upload theme - expired link

I just paid for X theme and I cannot upload it to my wordpress site. It says the link has expired.

How do I get a refund or someone to “support” in providing me what I paid for?

Thanks for reaching out.

I’m certain that this isn’t theme related issue, all upload and installation are done by Wordpress itself. The theme code will only run once it’s activated and that is after installation.

May I know your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note so we could further check it? This is usually host related issue. If you’re on Godaddy host then please check this https://www.godaddy.com/community/Managing-WordPress/Wordpress-theme-upload-error-quot-The-link-you-followed-has/td-p/101292

According to that, this host setting should fix it

max_execution_time 180
memory_limit 512M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 64M

Else, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider to set it up for you.
