Hi,
I have an issue with one of our websites. I had a client explain that the mobile button was not working. I thought this was a simple error to fix by updating the theme and plugins. However, when I tried to update the theme, I saw a download error and now it says all themes and plugins are up to date.
I am unable to revoke the license and checking for updates doesn’t work either.
