I use the X theme that includes the Slider Revolution plugin. I received a dashboard notification that there is a new version of this plugin but there is no way to update it. I am not able to purchase a license for this plugin but do not want to use an outdated version of it. How can I update this plugin?

Please make sure you are using the slider version 6.5.25 as per our version compatibility page
In case you are using the older version of the Revolution, I would suggest you please go to the WordPress —>Plugin —>Slider Revolution and click on the update button. If it doesn’t work I would suggest you please deactivate and delete the slider then reinstall the latest version of the slider from the go to the dashboard —>X/Pro—>Extensions —>Slider Revolution click on the install.
If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
