Cannot scroll to ID anymore

Hey there

suddenly the buttons do not scroll anymore to the ID… any idea what happened?
It doesnt seem like to be a plugin problem. I deactivated them already

We’re sorry for this issue. This is a known bug and will be fixed in the next update. For now, please temporarily follow the solution provided in this other thread.

Hey Maik,

You most probably have other scripts in your site that are also affecting the hash or jump links. Please temporarily remove all custom JS codes in your site test the code provided in the other thread again.

If removing JS codes doesn’t help, please give us WordPress Admin access in a Secure Note.

Thanks, yeah the credentials work now, but I was not able to finish the investigation as it seems either the site is down at the moment or I was blocked.


Please check, in the meantime, please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hey @maik282,

Your site works now. I checked your setup and I believe there are customization in your child theme which is breaking the scrolling functionality. When I switched to parent theme, the scrolling functionality started to work as expected. Since it’s you live site I reactivated the child theme.

Please review the customization in your child theme and remove the problematic code to fix the issue.
