Cannot revoke my license to add it to another site

Hey

I have a Licence that I am trying to move site with. I have deliveted the Theme on the old site, it is for sore not validated anymore there.

But on the new site it keeps giving the following message:

our code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

What else can I do please?

If you have added the new Site URL into the Location of your Theme Account dashboard, it will validate the specified URL only. If you still getting the message you have specified, there might be a few different reasons for this issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

5.CSS/JS Customization

If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
