I had to reinstall Wordpress from scratch and installing the X theme on my new server. I cannot revoke the license from my previous install and start over. Can you please revoke my key so I can use the key on a new Wordpress site.

I would suggest you remove the existing the URL from your Themeco account dashboard and add the new URL to it and try the validation once again.
