Cannot reliably tap links open on touchscreen devices

We are a returning customer of yours and we are about to launch a website that is using the ‘X Theme’. Our urgent issue is that some links are not reliably functional when trying to tap them open on mobile devices.

Is there some code that we can add in for low-res loads of the site so that touchscreens no longer have this issue?

I can’t replicate this issue in my test sites and in our demo sites.

I checked and can see many sites under your account.
