Cannot open theme options and few other pages

Hi there !
I have got some problems after last update.
Pages like: cornerstone, templates, global blocks, theme options
looks like at the first screenshot:

However page appearance -> personalization is oppening normally but it doesn’t fits me because it has lot less options than it was before update.

I tried to fix that issue by updating theme and cornerstone via FTP but it doesn’t worked.
I am using php7.0 at my server.
I also changed some memory limits in wp-config.php

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

It is really important for me because I have to have my online shop opened until monday and I have to get access to global blocks and theme options.

Thanks for asking.

In the screenshot you have shared I see that the memory limit is 40mb. However in the ticket you have mentioned that you have increased the memory limit. Please confirm the same and increate memory limit.

Regarding theme options panel, I suggest you to deactivate and delete X Theme and Cornerstone. Then download a fresh copy of X Theme and install the same. See if theme options panel is showing up.

In case problem is still there, please share login details in a secure note for us to take a closer look.

Hi there,

I checked and it’s caused by one of your plugin. It has some sort of media library related scripts and it affects the page loading ( specific to firefox browser ).

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
