Cannot Install Site Demo Content

I’m not getting any Error Codes, the progress bar goes all the way up to creating Posts, and it just stops.

I’ve increased the PHP memory limit to 512M, and I’ve increased the max execution time to 3000. still, nothing is working.

I have other websites on the same server (Hosting Package) installed fine.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that a few of the images are imported and the Slider Revolution is also imported, but the content of the pages and posts are not there.
There are a few reasons behind the issue, the most important one is if the mod_security is enabled in your site, and that causes the issue in importing and does not let you call the Cornerstone endpoints to import the Design Cloud assets.
In that case, you need to contact your hosting service provider to temporarily disable the ModSecurity for you and make the Cornerstone endpoints whitelisted.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– FTP/CPanel credentials to access the files and the permission is given to it

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
