I have a valid pro licence, which is validated, but when I try to install any of the assets from Design Cloud I get the following error: Your licence must be validated before installing premium assets from Design Cloud.

Would you mind sharing your admin credential so that we can check what’s going on? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password

You can now install any assets on your website, it seems that it is just a glitch because when I tried to revoke the license code and put it again then it is now working properly. I also updated your permalinks to post name in the Settings > Permalinks page.
