Cannot Install Latest Cornerstone

Hello,

I updated my site’s theme and Cornerstone and ran into a critical WordPress error. I had to use safe mode to inspect the issue and found Cornerstone was not updating. I have deleted the theme/Cornerstone plugin and manually downloaded the latest version then installed the theme. When I go to install Cornerstone the screen just stays white no matter what browser. Please help me fix this I am trying to go live with the site ASAP!

Hi Gabe,

Thanks for reaching out.
The PHP version might be the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you upgrade the PHP version to 7.4 by contacting your Hosting Service provide and check if that issue resolves or not.

If that does not helps, please deactivate and delete the X and re-install it by downloading from your Themeco Account by following the below steps.

1. Delete the Cornerstone, if already installed
2. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version
