Cannot Install Architecture Portfolio from Design Cloud

I have increased my max file size, I have increased my max timeout to 300 seconds, and I have upgraded my php version. When I attempt to install, it will remain installing even 24 hours later.

Hello Matthew,

Thanks for writing in!

Please take a look at the solution shared in following threads:

In case you are still unable to install Architecture template from Design Cloud, please share website login details in secure note for us to take a closer look at the setup.

Thanks.

Ok, I followed those - i’m not getting an error, just a never ending pending install.

below are my login credentials. thank you!

Hey Matthew,

There’s an Internal Server Error when importing the Architecture Portfolio. It could be due to low memory as Prasant suggested.

I checked your memory and it’s still 256M. Because you have lots of plugins, the memory required to run all of those including our theme might be bigger than that so please increase it to 512M. Please contact your host to increase your memory.

Thanks.

I have increased my memory to 512M, purged cache, reattempted install with no resolve

Hi Matthew,

I have reached out to my host and they cannot find a server related issue. Any other suggestions?

Hello Matthew,

The server maybe blocking connections to the templates repository, theme.co. You may need to whitelists the url to make the connection possible. Please see the secure notes.

If nothing is helping, please provide us your FTP login details so that we can investigate further and check your error logs. The error log might give us more information about this error 500.

Kindly let us know.
