Cannot get one page links to work

Hello my one page links no longer seem to work, i am using #x-content-band

I’ve cheked your website and you are using an older version of X, please update your X theme to the latest version because you are using the latest version of cornerstone plugin and there could be compability issue or delete your cornerstone plugin and reinstall it using validation so that it will match with your current X theme version.

Your X version - 6.2.5 - latest X version X 7.2.3

It seems when i update to new site the site breaks and the images no longer display

@marcelcroy,

You could do the other way around, delete your cornerstone plugin and re-install it using the validation to install the right cornerstone plugin that will solve the compatibility issue with your current X theme.

I just deleted and reinstalled , updated theme and now site is broken

When i click on themes i now get a Fatal Error

Hi @marcelcroy,

Since you have a backup, I restored your website and it is working fine now, here are the things, when you updated the X theme to the latest version, the one-page link navigation was fixed and when you said that your website is broken it just needs some adjustment with the background image because when I compare your website with the latest theme vs your current theme the only thing that breaks the layout was the background image was gone and can be fixed easily. So I strongly suggest, you will update your theme again and we will fix the issue.

You need to disable your iThemes Security plugin, to do that you need to access via cpanel or ftp, then go to this folder wp-content/plugins/ and find the iThemes Security folder and rename the folder to disable it for the meantime.
