Cannot forward domain without an ip address

It has been a few days and I still have this notice on my dashboard. “Your site is being configured. When this has completed you will find your login credentials below.”

When will the account be setup, so we can forward the domain and get started. It appears, the system is waiting on someone there to approve or do something.

Can I get an answer here?

I’ve taken a look at your specific site and it seems that here has been an issue with the auto setup of it. I did a reset and you should receive an email within the next 12 hours which will let you know that your site credentials are available in your dashboard. Let me know if you need anything further.
