Cannot find some themeco plugins

I need some help with this>

I cannot find some of the themeco plugins, even that they appear to be correctly installed and activated in the plugins list. Some are, custom 404, smooth scroll, disqus comments, facebook comments…
Note that there aren’t on the X menu.

Thanks for asking.

Upon installing you can access most of the Themeco plugins under X Menu.

In case you don’t see Themeco developed plugins under X Menu then there must be something wrong with the installation. I suggest you to deactivate and delete the plugins from Plugins > Installed Plugins. After that reinstall same plugins from X > Validation > Extensions.

Unfortunatedly, my theme doesn’t show all those options in the menu, just Cornerstone, Templates, Global Blocks and Theme options, I’ve installed the theme via the installator and also the child theme. After deleting the plugins, I only can find the addons if I apply the theme again, in the welcome page. Maybe the solution goes with a complete reinstallation?

Hi Jose,

If you have just started the site installation you may try to do a complete reinstallation. Kindly also make sure you have everything updated to the latest version.

In case the issue persists, please provide the admin and FTP details in a Secure Note so that we can check your site.

Hello and thanks for the support.

I’ve reinstalled the whole system again, first manually by FTP and got stuck on the welcome page, the plugins installer didn’t work.

the second time I’ve made another clean installation from the installer and worked fine. After the activation of all the plugins inside the pack the content dock appeared and everything looks fine. I will be careful when uninstalling plugins though!
