Cannot find file containing free templates for Revolution Slider

I am following the instructions for adding a free revolution slider template, but when I click local, I don’t see where I am supposed to upload the template zip folder from…I looked through the X folder, but no zip folders are there with templates. I see the instructions say:

1. Choose “Local” option for Free Templates
   Free Template zips can be found inside the “examples-v5.x” folder from the plugin’s original download source.

What is the “original download source” this instruction is referring to???

Thanks for writing in! The documentation is referring if you have purchased a separate Rev Slider license and that you have downloaded the plugin from Themeforest. For bundled plugin, you do not have these templates because it is installed through our Theme.co plugin repository. What you can do to install these demo or free templates it to manually download the templates and import it to your Rev Slider panel right in your WordPress dashboard. You can get the templates from here:

I clicked the link you sent, and I don’t see anywhere to get the templates. Have you clicked the get free templates button? This page comes up requiring you to purchase a license. See screen shot:
