Cannot find Cornerstone plugin / Fatal error

Hi,

I cannot find the Cornerstone plugin in the dashboard. It is not visible and even though I have completed all validations.

The Cornerstone is only visible on the Plugin page as ‘Suggested’ plugin. Once I click that link the plugin seems to be installed. Once I click ‘Activate’ I receive a fatal error notification:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cs_generate_data_attributes() (previously declared in /www/wp-content/plugins/tco-video-lock/functions/includes/cs/helpers.php:4) in /www/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/utility/helpers.php on line 181

Can you help me out here.

Hey @Jurian,

Please login to your web host’s control panel and open the folder where you installed WordPress. In there, go to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the cornerstone folder.

After that, reinstall Cornerstone from WP Admin Menu > X

I’ve deleted the suggested folder and retried installing the Cornerstone Plugin. It did not seem to help and I am getting the same Fatal error notification again.

Hi @Jurian,

Please deactivate Video Lock extension and then activate the Cornerstone plugin, once Cornerstone is activated you can then activate Video Lock extension safely.

Cornerstone needs to be activated first before activating the Video Lock extension.
