Cannot find button text color setup in the header

Hi,
I cannot figure out how to change color of “Call us today 651-261-5379” in the header to primary color blue #006192 of the brand. Looked everywhere, did setup of brand colors in theme options, but in this header I just can’t figure it out.

Thanks for reaching out.
You can change the Text Color of the button from the Primary option of the element as shown in the given screenshot.
