Cannot enter settings, accordeon and submenu's not working etc

Hi there,
A client of mine has many issues with his website.
The accordeon is not working anymore, the submenu doesn’t work and I cannot enter the X-settings menu.
When I log in, I see all website links at the bottom of each page…
There are many "failed to load… "-errors in the console related to JS.

Any ideas how this could happen and how to solve it?

Hey Henk,

This is not a theme issue. Though the JS errors include theme resources, the root of the issue comes from your server failing to load WordPress resources especially jQuery which is required for front-end functionality of X. Please contact your host why they fail to load. They will be able to help you since they have control over the server. Or, you can try fixing it yourself by following this guide.
