Cannot edit the content of widgets

I am unable to edit my custom HTML in several widgets. I am only able to assign the order of the widget. I cannot get to the edit window to change my HTML. Here is the site: https://sportsteamhistory.com

Please let me know how I can fix this issue. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out.
It will very difficult to recognize your problem without logging into it. Hope you will not mind sharing your website credentials. Please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for sharing the credentials. I went ahead and checked your site widgets. I tested your “MLB Team” 1st custom HTML widget and it seems that it is working fine at my end. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again. If the issue still persists please let us know which widget is not working for you and on which page it is rendering.

What’s weird is I have another site with xtheme and have some of the same things setup. On the other site, I have the ability to make the changes in the widgets and custom HTML. Only on this website do I not have that ability. Weird.

I have checked it again and found that the Custom HTML widgets are editable, can you please check once and confirm that you are still having this issue.

Nope, I cannot get to the edit window. Here are screenshots of what I see and my other site with the same setup and I can edit the custom html.

I have logged in and I do not have any issues editing a widget. It could be because of your browser extension.

Please use your Brave or Firefox browser and test the widget editing again.
