Hi, when I try to edit a post or page, I just get a blank screen.
I have tried disabling all plugins. I get the same problem.
When I switch to a different theme, I do not have that problem. Help please.

Thanks for writing in! This usually happens when there is a plugin conflict on the page. Can you please confirm that all of your WP core, Theme and all other plugins are up to date? Most of the time, an out dated WP, theme or a plugin can create issues in your site. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

As I said, I already tried disabling all plugins. ALL OF THEM.
I have isolated the problem to a theme specific issue. The problem persists when I disable all the plugins. It goes away when I switch themes.
I have also updated everything, and then tried restoring my website to earlier points, but the problem happens as long as I have X activated.

I can see that you have 10 plugins that are out dated. These plugins were the ones that I am referring to that one of them is might be causing the issue.
And by the way, it seems that your server does not meet the requirements to run the latest WordPress. Please check the requirements here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

What you’re seeing now is a result of me restoring the site to a prior backup, which is why the plugins all need updating. When I received your reply where you suggested testing for a plugin conflict, which I already told you I tested for, I decided this wasn’t going to be helpful and I restored it. I had already tested with all the plugins updated, all the themes updated, etc.
However, I am going to talk to my host about the PHP requirement.

It’s also recommended to create a staging site and test the update in your staging firsts.
If everything works fine in your staging after updating, that is the time to do the update in your live site.
That way there will be no surprises.
You can use this third party plugin in creating your staging site.
