I am unable to edit the home page on two sites running X Pro but don’t see the issue on a site with the standard X theme. The page editor (WP Bakery) won’t load any content at all.

Upon checking your website, I could see that you’ve switched to the default WordPress theme.
Please switch back to the Pro theme then try with the following steps below:
- Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
- Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
- Purge cache then turn off all the cache plugins.
