Hi, we are working with Theme X. version 6.5.6. and are not able to edit the header anymore. In Theme Options we cannot edit anything and some menu options in the customizer are missing. Do you have an idea how to solve this? Thanks!

The reason why you can’t edit your cornerstone is because of the compatibility issue of X and cornerstone plugin. Currently, you have an old X theme version is 6.5.6 and you have a latest Cornerstone is 5.0.11 and that’s the reason for your problems. To fix your issue, first, you need to deactivate and uninstall your cornerstone plugin to avoid any conflict when upgrading your X theme. Second, upgrade your X theme to the latest version and the last thing you should do is install the cornerstone plugin again.
