Cannot edit a published page

Since the last Pro update, I can no longer edit any pages that have a WP Courseware shortcode on them. My PHP version is up to date and when I try to edit any portion of the page, it says “failed to save”. I do not want to rebuild 100s of pages. Any ideas?

Hey @garchambault,

There could be another 3rd party plugin that is causing the issue. Please do the following tests and tell us if one of the steps fixes the issue.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Child Theme

Only if none of the above steps help, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password

Issue related to the SEOPress plugin has been already reported into our Issue Tracker for further investigation by our development team. But there is no update on this till now.
