Cannot delete templates from a page

Hello i inserted some templates with cornerstone in a page …i hit delete but it cant deleted.Why?What i must do?

Hey There,

Thanks for posting in! You mean you have inserted a Cornerstone template in a page and would like to delete it? Simply select which section you want to delete and in the section settings, find the delete button. Even when using the layouts tab, you can delete a section.

I have just checked the homepage in Cornerstone and the delete option of sections seem to be working fine:

Please try to clear your browser cache and try to check the page in Cornerstone again.

i do everything as you said…i deactivated all the other plugins and then tried to delete but nothing deleted!!!I also delete cache from browser!!!

Hi There,

I am another staff member and I am able to delete the content in the page.

Not sure what is happening in your end. As we are not able to replicate the issue can’t say anything more.

yes in your backend and in my backend the page is deleted…wheni i go to the browser and refresh the page …the content is still there…i return to my admin dashaboar and the content is still there agaian…can you deleted for me?

You were deleting all the section and saving the page. Blank page can’t be save so I have added one blank section then saved the page.

one more please…i cant edit the cart layout…can you see it?If i delete the site and reinstall it will be end all this issues?

Hi katarasg,

Do you mean the Cart Page? I managed to edit it and add “Testing” in a “Content Area” element. Could you please elaborate more details regarding this issue?

I was able to replicate the issue in your site and can see the following error in your console.

admin-ajax.php 502 ()

Can you check your php error logs in your server and send us the errors you can find.

Hi @katarasg

This sounds like a bug, I can’t modify the cart menu options at my end as well, I’ve reported this issue to our dev team for further investigation, this should be addressed in any of the theme’s upcoming releases, however I can’t tell for sure which one and I don’t have an ETA for now.
