Cannot connect Woo Commerce Store to Drop Shipper

Hi there,

I am trying to connect my store to an external drop shipper and I am not sure if the issue is with my store set up or on their end.

I enabled something called the Legacy REST API and I am supposed to paste my store URL here:

Instead of the “APPROVE” page I get this:

I have no idea why this is happening or where I should start looking to fix it.

I would really appreciate any help or resources.

Thanks for writing in! Please be aware that this issue is between the 3rd party WooCommerce and the dropshipping plugin that you have installed. You may need to contact the creators of the WooCommerce plugin or the dropshipping plugin for further assistance.

If you are suspecting that the issue is because of the theme, you can switch to Twenty Twenty One theme to test it out.

I think it’s this actually:

“Legacy REST API is deprecated and should be removed from WooCommerce soon, as alternative there’s a new REST API that is an integration the WordPress REST API, this the WooCommerce current REST API and it’s also enabled by default.”

So 100% a Woo Commerce update that the drop shipper didn’t expect
