Cannot click on scroll bar in builder

Since recent updates I can no longer use the scroll bar in the builder to move up/down (vertically) the page. Instead I get the 2 horizontal arrows to reduce the size of the window.

I can still scroll using the mouse wheel but this is very annoying.

Need a fix please

Hi, thanks for the reply. I manage around 30 Wordpress sites and it is only the ones using PRO/Cornerstone that have this issue. Therefore I don’t think it is a plugin issue. This issue has only arisen after the latest updates - probably last 2 or 3.
