Cannot click buttons depending on screen width

Hello,

I want to launch a website (for a debating contest for kids of 16 years) this afternoon, and just started having some problems with the links on my soon-to-be-homepage. About halfway the page none of the links are clickable depending on how wide the browser is. If I make the browser smaller, the links are once again clickable. What could be the problem here???

the page: www.debatwedstrijd.be/home

Thanks for the help!

Solved it by myself, thanks anyway

There was a negative value in one of the angles out, which covered the rest of the page invisibly
