Cannot built with Cornerstone, help!

Hi,
I just bought the X theme and installed it and figured I would get started with cornerstone, however as soon as I click on elements I am already getting an error such as below

It says the following: Not Found
The requested URL /content/2/elements was not found on this server.

I downloaded the zip and installed the theme, but also tried just the wordpress file but it does not seem to help.
I tried deleting the theme, I even cleaned my domain with my hosting (STRATO) but nothing seems to work.
Hopefully someone can help me because I just spend quite some money hoping I wouldn’t find such an error!

Hi Jamie,

Thank you for writing in, please navigate to Settings > Permalinks and just save it.
Or you can also change the Common Settings to Post name and save.
