Cannot add menu CSS class

I have 2 sites running the latest version of pro. I want to add a CSS class to a menu item. On one site I can do this, but on the second site I don’t see the field to add the CSS class (see attached). Any ideas why that would be?

Thanks for reaching out.
To enable the CSS Class within Menu Item, please go to the Screen Options at the Top Right corner of Appearance > Menus and check the CSS Classes. Please find the screenshot describing the settings.
