Cannot activate the licence

Hi,
I purchased an x licence but cannot activate it within wordpress. Message says “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.” I haven’t used it in another site and just bought it 2 days ago. I read similar posts in the forum but cannot find a solution.
Can you help please?

Thanks for writing in. Kindly get rid of the unnecessary spaces before the domain name that is attached to the license then try to validate again:

Hi Jade,
Thank you for your help, unfortunately removing the space didn’t fix the issue. I am still getting the same message: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”
Any other ideas to help me fix the issue?
Are you able to validate the licence for me?

Try entering the license code now into your WordPress X Dashboard and it should validate fine. All the best!
