Cannot Activate Staging Sites

I am attempting to activate staging sites for 2 staging sites. I entered the staging URL info into my X license areas - it is a subdomain, of the main site, but whenever I enter the license into WP I get this error: “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account”

I originally posted this - in the thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/duplicate-site-for-updating/15287/8 and had a few exchanges with @Joao Can you please assist?

OK - I created a TEMP Admin account -

I have not yet setup an account on the other site that is not working -

Darshana - thank you for the resolution. Can you tell me what I need to do in the future? I have another site with the same issue - and I hope to purchase more. It would be great not to have to do this every time Again, thank you.

Hi There,

Your Cornerstone plugin seems to be corrupted. I have disable/delete it and install it again by head over to X -> Overview section. Then I was able to validate your site.
