Cannot activate cornerstone licence

Hi —

I’m trying to activate a fairly fresh theme.co licence. Note that I’m not using X as my theme since I’m using TutorLMS theme, but I do want to use Cornerstone.

At first I had the licence locked (with the same website), but licence somehow got dectivated. Now whem I’m trying to activate, I get:

Uh oh , we couldn’t check if this license was valid. [Details.]

Unfortunately when I check the details, it’s compeltely empty.

BTW, I have a number of other X theme based websites (with active licences) running on the same server for years with no issues — so I’m really surprised and need help.

Hi Marija,

Thank you for writing in, please note that you can not use the X license to a standalone Cornerstone, if you’re planning to use Cornerstone with a different theme, you need a standalone license for Cornerstone (see here).

That license you show above is for X, so you can not use that to validate a standalone Cornerstone.
