Cannot access Page Settings in Wordpress 5

Hello

I think I found a bug, In WP-v5, if you have edited a page using Pro/Cornerstone, you might lose the ability to access page settings such as changing the URL, visibility, etc. So in order to access the same, it is required to press crtl+shift+, (ctrl+shift+comma)
However, the cogwheel is clearly visible to click if the page is edited on Gutenberg.

From the WordPress version 5, to change the URL, visibility, … you have to install the Classic Editor plugin:
