Cannot Access Background Layer behind Slider Revolution

I’m trying to modify an existing site template (Silvertooth Agency), and have had success with everything except the background layer behind the Slider Revolution. Here’s the url:

Here’s the html that shows the background layer I can’t access using Pro>Edit Page:

And it’s the image “bg-pattern.png” that I’d like to be able to change/remove.

How do I access this background layer and/or change/remove the blue background pattern?
