Cannot acces admin if WMPL is activated

Since the last update of x theme, i cannot access my admin panel if WPML is activated.
I have contacted WPML yesterday and that was their answer:

“Hi, I enabled debugging on your site to be able to see what is happening when activating WPML. It seems that your theme is triggering an error and that is breaking WPML’s installation routine and forcing it to not load all the files it needs and finish the installation routine as expected.”

Can you check if you have the latest version of the theme and, if possible, update it?"

As i have the latest version of x theme updated. I wouldn’t know what do

Hi,

The ftp login works but the wordpress admin login doesn’t work.

So we can’t test activating your wpml.

I have tried to increase your memory limit can you try activating wpml and see if the issue persist.

Actually after about 3 hours of use the problem came back.
As soon as I disable Wpml from my ftp, I can access my admin again…

I don’t know what to tell you. I just logged in to my wordpress with this exact password.

Your WordPress credentials are working, but I cannot connect to your server through FTP now (please check secure note). Could you please check and confirm on your end, so that we can look into this issue.

In the meantime, can you please try the following also. Disable all the plugins and activate your WPML first. Then activate other plugins one by one to see which other plugin conflicts with your WPML plugin.

I just connected to my ftp
I have already tried to disable all plugins and Wmpl even on its own without activating any other plugins stops me from accessing the admin

Hello the problem was solved by WPML technicians.
It was the siteground cache system which created the problem.
