Cancelled the day after

I was never alerted that my subscription was going to rebill. After I was billed, I immediately logged in and searched for how to cancel since we have not been using this and was able to cancel my subscription. I’ve sent three messages to support and never heard back asking if they were going to refund me (or charge me for the extra day lol) I have not gotten a single response. Does anybody here know how to get in touch with somebody who can help me?
