Hi, I upgraded to pro and want to go back to my original license. I know you warned us not to upgrade, but I did the review and did not realize the demo content was not part of the Pro plan. Can I have my old X license back?
Hi There,
Unfortunately once the license is converted there is no coming back.
If you still have the files on X, you can install X, load the demo, change to PRO and validate the theme.
Hope it helps
