Cancel Account

I wish to cancel entire account, not just let it go dormant.

Please advise.

We can deactivate your account but may we first know the reason why you’d like to cancel? Can we help you with an issue?

I see you have 5 registered licenses. Do you want to move them?

If you wish to continue with the account deactivation, just confirm or say “Yes, please deactivate.” Please just note that it might take time for us to reach your request and then deactivate your account. After that, you will be disconnected from APEX.

I am not sure if your licenses will be automatically be unlocked from our system but just note that you might experience license issues.
