I am using the header builder to create the header but unfortunately, this happens:
The certain portion of the recommendation portion hide behind the header, can you please help me how to keep the background image layer at the very bottom, to overcome this.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site and it’s simply a z-index issue. To fix this, In header builder inspect the Bar that contains the searching element, under Setup decrease the z-index from 9998 to 999 (see screenshot)
