JUST SOLVED IT> IT WAS MY SIMPLE SSL PLUGIN INTERFERING WITH IT.
Hi,
I have encountered this problem before but today I am really stuck
I unchecked under construction but the underconstruction page is stillup.
I totally removed the plugin, reinstalled, etc.
no change
I tried clearing caches, tried from different computers.
nothing is helping
what can I do
I need my site up now…
