Can you duplicate a Global Block?

I want to have the same block in English and change texts in Spanish, is it possible to duplicate a Global Block? I cannot find an option inside the editor.

Is it possible?

EDIT: It is possible, the buttons do not have a tooltip, I clicked the second one and nothing happened. After I entered the Global Blocks section again, the duplicate was created.
