Good afternoon,
I have just added the element ‘Video’ and put in the source of my .mov file but nothing is displaying.
The .mov file is in the websites media library. The panel just comes up as white.
Please advise

Thanks for writing in!
*.mov file video is not browser compatible. Please download Handbrake (handrake.fr) and convert your video into *.mp4, *.ogv or *.webm because there are the only cross browser compatible video format.
