Can’t validate my license after migrating to new server

Hello, I can’t seem to get past the “ Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.” message when I try to revalidatie my license.
I had it running on a live site. I migrated to a new server, set it all up, changed DNS and installed the Pro theme. I forgot to revoke the license from the admin before I changed the DNS, so I can’t access that admin area anymore, and there’s no other way to revoke the license myself?
Changes were made to the URL (https now (finally) and removed the www), updated that in the site URL in my license management dashboard. But so far, nothing happens. Now I can’t continue, as I can’t build my site with Pro.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi @herko,

The credentials you give is not working, please double check the username and password. On the other hand, I suggest that you disable all your plugins and then re-validate your website.

Deactivating the plugins has no effect. Still unable to reactivate because it is used on another site (which it isn’t).

This is a wp multi site setup.

I’ve reset the password. See secure note.

HI @herko,

I went ahead and validated your website. I just remove the website location URL in your themeco account then add the code in your website and it is validated successfully.
