Hi, i can’t see cornerstone in the backend but i can see in frontend.
Regards
I have just installed this theme, not previous versions of xtheme installed.

Do you have spanish support?
Hi There,
Thank you for writing in, please navigate to your Plugins panel and make sure the Cornerstone is installed and active.
If not, please navigate to X > Overview and X will automatically install the Cornerstone for you.
Whatever you do, do not edit that page on classic editor (visual/HTML), because you’ll lose the ability to edit that page back on Cornerstone.
If nothing works, please provide us the site URL and login credentials so we can take a closer look.
Sorry we only provide support in English.
Cheers!
Yes, the plugin is installed and active…
Hi There,
Thanks for the info!
I can see there is some Script error in your Wordpress installation!

This might due to some resources blocked by the hosting you are using. Can you please check with your hosting provider if they have something blocked in their side.
After fixing this installation issue please check cornerstone let us know if that work.
Thanks

Hello There,
These MySQL errors is not coming from the theme. This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
I also noticed that you are using an older version of PHP.I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.4.45 (You can check this in WooCommerce > Status.) and WordPress 4.7 requires at least 7.0 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host,
I'm interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and
I was wondering if my account supported the following:
- PHP 7 or greater
- MySQL 5.6 or greater
- The mod_rewrite Apache module
- HTTPS support
Looking forward to your reply.
Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.
