Can’t save after editing a page

Hi support.

I need to ask you for support again. I still can’t save this page after editing it: https://fitnessformularen.dk/transformationsakademiet-2/

It’s a really important sales page for my main program in my business, and i NEED this to work now. I’ve tried to reverse my site back three weeks (backup) but the problem is still there. And also to contact my web host and litterally done everything i can for these two weeks. They can’t help me because they say, they can’t do anything. I have never had this problem before, but it’s driving me crazy on week two now.

I really, really beg you to help me find a solution to this problem. I need to be able to save this page soon.

I’ve tried to do as i read in other similar threads in the forum:

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

I have provided you information in a secure note, can you take a look and help me? I’ve tried all of the above.

I’ll give you my full permission investigate this without a staging site. I have backups taken for every day, so it won’t be a problem if something goes wrong. Tried to make a staging site, but i can’t figure it out. So please just try to investigate on my live site, i’ll be forever grateful.

It’s only happening on this page, there must be some code on this page, that’s the problem, that i can’t finde maybe?

It mostly happens due to the broken HTML which is been added within the content. I would suggest you check by deleting the section one by one till the issue is fixed, and the last one you have deleted before the fix is the actual issue.
If that does not help, there might be some different reason behind your reason, I would like to request to troubleshoot the following common issues once again to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

I’ve tried to deactivate all plugins, but it still happens.

I’ve also tried to delete all sections one by one and save every time, but i end up with no sections and still a “failed to save” response.

I’ve tried to make a staging site for hours but i can’t figure it out, so i’ll hereby give you my full permission to investigate my site without a staging site. I have backups taken for every day, so it won’t be a problem if something goes wrong. So please just try to investigate on my live site, i’ll be forever grateful.

Nevermind, i saved the page as a template and made a new page, now i can save :smiley:
