Hi! Well the site was working perfect before the update, i think it´s obvious it has something to do with the update, anyway, i lost a lot of time doing all the tets and the problem still there…

Please note that a few minutes ago we have released another version of the theme with some fixes, I would recommend you to update your theme to the latest one.
After the update, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and in the incognito/private mode of the browser. And please let us know if you are still facing the same issue at your end.

I am having the same issue after updating. I downloaded the additional update today as well, and flushed cache, but same issue persists. Stuck on the spinner.

Hi! I kust updated, and still getting the same problem spinner only when i want to edit something, also i´m getting new ones, some typography styles dissapeared…
Im rolling back to the stable version, please take a good look to your update before posting it, in my case i lost a day of job looking after this problem, also i had a project starting today that would be delayed because of the impossibility to work with the web, i mean, for us this is a very serious and critical situation.
I agree! I wasted my whole morning on this and I am on a tight deadline. When I revert to the previous version it is still spinning so I can’t do any work! I am putting in a secure note with my website credentials. Please look into this ASAP!
In my case i ´m reverting 2 versions back, before the fatal 5.0.1

I just reverted back to version 4.3.3 and it still doesn’t work for me.
Wow thats a biig problem, im still waiting the revert to be completed, i hope it will work
BIG problem indeed! 1) I can’t get into the theme to update my elements 2) Some elements are showing up for my customers but all the classic elements are not showing so my website is not functional at all. Both these issues are still in effect even with reverting back to the previous version
I’ve checked your site and found what could be the issue. Can you please try disabling WP_DEBUG
in wp-config.php
? It might be set to true
right now. Try setting it to false
instead. Please advise if this makes a difference.
