Can’t access PRO options at all and website is scrambled

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 3.1.2

Please also make sure that you have meet the requirements to run the latest WordPress code.

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Are you able to tell me what the source of the problem was? I deleted a bunch of plugins after it happened, just want to make sure they weren’t the problem, and thank you again ! :two_hearts:

Glad you sorted things out, we did not do anything, if we follow the thread we can see when Jade’s login to your site it’s already working.

Base on your screenshot above, that seems to be doing by your Security plugin, so it might be a certain plugin that you deleted has an issue (that triggers your Security plugin) and when you deleted that plugin all works fine.
