Can someone tell me what the hell is going on with Cornerstone?

This should be incredibly simple to do, but I’ve tried everything I can think of and no progress.

All I wanted to do was/is change the color of the “Rooms” section from the bed and breakfast template, but now there are other issues arising…The section was originally white (I hadn’t changed it, but somehow it decided to change to black–where none of the text is legible anymore) and I cannot for the life of me change it back to white. I’ve tried clearing the cache a dozen times.

I changed the section background from transparent to white. Tried to edit the section’s css. In cornerstone it shows the section I’m trying to edit changing, but when I leave Cornerstone the page shows that changes have been made, but they aren’t the actual changes I made…

For example, I changed the background of the “Rooms” section…which is supposed to house the elements that are in black underneath the white section. The empty white section is nonexistent in cornerstone, so I can’t get rid of it.

Why on earth is this being so weird?

Thank you for writing in, this is your issue:

A section should not be empty, please delete that “Introduction” section if you don’t plan to add anything is there, since you already set the Slider on Above Masthead.
