I have a question regarding the pagenation on the X-Theme. Will it be possible to have this excerpt before and afterthe current page, so it fits on one line on mobile? I have attached an image to show the issue.

Changing the pagination function need to use the custom PHP code. However, that would fall beyond the scope of our support since it would require custom development. Here is the pagination fucntion which you can override by copying to the functions.php file locates in your child theme:
